Nature of the service
Faselly is a price-comparison engine — not a store or a sales intermediary. Every purchase happens entirely between you and the seller, under their terms and policies.
Price accuracy
Prices are gathered automatically and refreshed through the day, but remain indicative. A seller’s price may change before our next update — the final price is the one shown on the store page at purchase time.
Stale offers
Any offer not updated for more than 14 days is hidden from default lists and, if shown, marked “stale price”.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any dispute between you and a seller over price, warranty, delivery or product condition. Verified sellers passed a basic identity check, which is not a guarantee of their transactions.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping of the site or commercial re-publishing of the price listings without written permission is prohibited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
